INSUD PHARMA is hiring an Analista I+D / R&D Analyst for our León plant. You will perform analytical testing, method development/validation for API and excipients, and report results to the Analytical Development team.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in pharma analytics, experience with Liquid Chromatography, and knowledge of GMP regulations. Fluency in Spanish and English at a professional level is expected.

Formación

• Education: Basic Studies in Chemical Analysis.
• Languages: High level of Spanish and medium level of English.
• Experience: 2–4 years as analyst in pharma, with drugs; LC equipment experience; knowledge of other analytical techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Assign samples with IDs per SOP to ensure traceability.
• Develop, verify and validate analytical methods for API, excipients and PDD R&D.
• Register test results and produce reports with conclusions.
• Inform Analytical Development Scientist about results and any incidents during analysis.
• Propose changes to analytical tests to improve methodologies.
• Identify, investigate and document OOS and OOT promptly.
• Calibrate and maintain R&D equipment per SOP; manage stock of materials and reagents.

What are we looking for?

We are incorporating a new INSUDER as Analista I+D / R&D Analyst at our plant in León.

The challenge!

• Assign any sample with an ID according to the SOP to ensure sample traceability.
• Perform tests in developing, verify and validate analytical methods for API, excipients and Pharmaceutical Product Development R&D.
• Register the analytical results of the tests and produce reports with the results and conclusions.
• Inform the Analytical Development Scientist about the results obtained, and any incident occurring during the analysis.
• Propose changes and/or variations in analytical tests carried out to improve methodologies.
• Inform, investigate and document OOS and OOT in a timely manner.
• Calibrate if applicable and maintain R & D as per specific SOP. Review and maintain stock levels of materials, consumables, reagents (standard and other products).

What do you need?

• Education: Basic Studies in Chemical Analysis.
• Languages: High level of Spanish and medium level of English.
• Experience (years/area): Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in the functions mentioned above as analyst in the pharma industry, working with drugs. Handling Equipment of Liquid Chromatography. Knowledge in other analytical techniques.
• Specific Knowledge: GMP regulations.
• Personal skills: Analytical skills, reliability and patience.
