Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for Spain-based remote/hybrid work. The role focuses on health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access, applying clinical evidence to reimbursement decisions with substantial statistical programming responsibilities.

The candidate should have a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, hands-on SAS programming experience, and familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with programming for Module 4 analyses.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of outcomes.
Monitor methodologies from IQWiG, G‑BA and HTA bodies.
