Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Senior Alfresco Architect to design, analyze, and implement document management and business content solutions based on Alfresco Content Services. You will bridge business and technology, working in agile, multidisciplinary teams across on-prem, cloud, and container deployments.

Responsibilities include defining content models, metadata, permissions, and retention policies, integrating with ERP/BPM/CRM systems, and providing technical guidance to the development

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Alfresco experience on medium to large projects.
• Experience as an Alfresco Architect in analysis, design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Alfresco Content Services, Share/ADF, and content models.
• Solid understanding of security, permissions, and document workflows.
• Experience with integrations via REST API and CMIS; familiar with AMP/SDK.
• Experience in agile environments and multidisciplinary teams; advanced English, Spanish, and Catalan.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements for document management.
• Design Alfresco-based solutions aligned with architecture and best practices.
• Define content models, metadata, permissions, and retention policies.
• Integrate Alfresco with ERP, BPM, CRM, and e-signature systems.
• Collaborate on deployment architectures (on-prem, cloud, containers).
• Provide technical support and conduct quality reviews for the dev team.
• Document solutions and support user/training sessions in English.
