Capi Barcelona Airport is seeking an Airport Sales Assistant to welcome travelers, advise on electronics, and process transactions, helping create a memorable shopping experience at Barcelona–El Prat. You will work rotating shifts from early mornings to late evenings, with requirements for fluent English and Spanish, and a pro-active, customer-focused mindset.

Training and wellbeing support are offered by the employer.

Formación

As an Airport Sales Assistant at Capi Barcelona Airport, you will help travelers discover the right products while creating a memorable shopping experience.

As an Airport Sales Assistant, you will:

• Welcome customers and provide excellent service;
• Advise travelers about electronics products and accessories;
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions;
• Process sales transactions;
• Maintain a professional and attractive store environment;
• Work together with colleagues to achieve store goals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is available for rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (including holidays);
• Speaks fluent English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
• Due to airport security requirements, candidates must be registered and living in Spain for the last five years
• Has experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service;
• Is proactive, positive, and customer-focused.
