Capi Barcelona Airport is seeking an Airport Sales Assistant to help travelers discover the right electronics products and enjoy a memorable shopping experience at Barcelona-El Prat Airport.

You will welcome customers, advise on electronics, process transactions, and work with an international team across rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with English and Spanish required.

As an Airport Sales Assistant, you will:

• Welcome customers and provide excellent service;
• Advise travelers about electronics products and accessories;
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions;
• Process sales transactions;
• Maintain a professional and attractive store environment;
• Work together with colleagues to achieve store goals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is available for rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (including holidays);
• Speaks fluent English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
• Due to airport security requirements, candidates must be registered and living in Spain for the last five years
• Has experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service;
• Is proactive, positive, and customer-focused.
