Formación

• Experience in Linux/Windows system administration.
• Scripting in Python or Bash.
• Experience with ITIL incident and change management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide RUN support for key applications used by engineering teams.
• Ensure proper functioning of applications.
• Ensure solution operability, performance and robustness.
• Administrate and maintain Linux and Windows systems.
• Propose continuous improvement on processes.
• Collaborating closely with the engineer team and digital operational teams.
• Creating, modifying, and presenting technical reports.
• Effectively communicating issues related to application functionality and performance.
• Manage the CMDB of the products.

Who will work for EIIDED PSL who is working with Engineering programs to provide a friendly work IT environment. Who will be responsible for ensuring the operational maintenance of key engineering applications and providing guidance to engineers on major tool evolutions. If you have experience with system administration and software development, a curious mindset, and a passion for learning new things while improving users' efficiency in a complex environment, then this job is for you!

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Provide RUN support (maintaining operational condition) for key applications used by engineering teams.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of applications.
• Ensure solution operability, performance and robustness.
• Administrate and maintain Linux and Windows systems.
• Propose continuous improvement on processes.
• Collaborating closely with the engineer team and digital operational teams.
• Creating, modifying, and presenting technical reports.
• Effectively communicating issues related to application functionality and performance.
• Manage the CMDB of the products.

SKILLS

• Unix/Linux & Windows administration skills.
• Script development (python, bash, ...).
• Good Knowledge of incident and change management based on ITIL principles.
• Good analytical skills as well as interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new things.
• Autonomy in a good team spirit is recommended as a success factor.
• Open minded for collaborative ways of working in a transnational business environment.
• Ability to work collectively, respecting Airbus values and seeking empowerment are keys.
• Mindset to deliver quality whilst seeking for simplicity will be as well appreciated.
• Fluent in English.
