Formación

• 6–10 years of experience in digital transformation or technology leadership.
• Experience leading the adoption of voicebots or Conversational Voice AI.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end adoption of Generative AI–based voicebots.
• Partner with teams to embed voicebots in existing systems.
• Design change management strategies specific to voice automation.
