Job summary

Scorp Inc. is seeking a creative AI Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our Barcelona team. You will generate original videos with AI tools and refine them through editing, motion design, and post-production.

You’ll work on short- and long-form content for social media, collaborating with the creative team to develop new ideas and stay ahead of AI trends. Hybrid work after onboarding, onsite at our Barcelona office.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Video Editor, Motion Designer, or similar creative role.
• Proficiency in After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools.
• A portfolio including AI-generated and edited videos.

We are looking for a creative AI Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will generate original videos using AI tools and turn them into polished, engaging content through editing, motion design, and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Generate original video content using AI tools and edit it in line with the brand’s identity.
• Perform video editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
• Create short- and long-form content optimized for social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute new content ideas.
• Follow social media, video, and generative AI trends to produce engaging content.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Video Editor, Motion Designer, Marketing Artist, or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Grok, Gemini, Chatgpt or similar platforms.
• A portfolio that includes videos you have personally generated and edited using AI.
• Good understanding of social media dynamics and the ability to create fast-paced, engaging content.
• Excellent time management skills and a deadline-driven approach.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Location & Work Setup

• This is a full-time contract position.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• During your first month, you'll work fully onsite to get to know the team, products, and systems.
• After onboarding, you'll follow a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
• Our office is located in the heart of Barcelona, providing an inspiring environment to collaborate and build together.
