Capgemini seeks a Senior AI Solutions Engineer in Madrid to design, develop, and integrate Generative AI-driven solutions across enterprise platforms. You will contribute to digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and reliable production deployment.

You will work with Python, APIs, cloud services, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled applications, from backend services to user interfaces, while upholding development standards and operational

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with Python and backend service development.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI, ML, or Generative AI into business processes.
• Experience with APIs, distributed architectures, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud environments.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer with proven experience in the design, development, and integration of Artificial Intelligence-driven solutions, automation, and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will contribute to digital transformation initiatives where AI solutions are integrated with corporate systems, cloud platforms, and business processes, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence in production environments.

Your role:

• Design and develop Generative AI and business automation solutions.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms through APIs and cloud services.
• Participate in the development of backend and frontend applications supporting intelligent solutions.
• Implement conversational agents, virtual assistants, and automated business workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, data, and operations.
• Ensure the industrialization, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed solutions.
• Contribute to architecture design, technical standards, and development best practices.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with Python and backend service development.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions into business processes.
• Experience working with APIs, distributed architectures, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud environments.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

Nice to Have- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.- Knowledge of .NET, React, or modern web technologies.- Experience with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.- Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM platforms, or operations automation.- Experience with Docker, microservices, and CI/CD practices.

Nice to Have
