Arxada is seeking an AI Security Manager in Barcelona to lead the enterprise-wide AI security program. You will define strategy, set standards, and drive secure adoption of AI across platforms, data, and solutions while coordinating with business, IT, and leadership teams.

You will manage threats, model risks, and ensure compliant, secure-by-design AI implementations in a rapidly evolving field. Strong communication and program management skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or information security with accountability for digital or cloud security environments.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML security risks, including model misuse, data risks, and adversarial threats.

• Define and enforce AI security governance and standards for secure-by-design adoption.
• Build and continuously improve an end-to-end AI security program including threat modeling and incident response.
• Drive AI risk management by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks (data leakage, model misuse, prompt injection).
• Act as central point of accountability for AI security across business, IT, Legal, and other functions.
• Translate complex security and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable frameworks aligned with business goals.

As an AI Security Manager in Barcelona, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Arxada securely adopts and scales artificial intelligence across the enterprise. You will lead the organization’s AI security agenda end-to-end—defining strategy, setting standards, and driving execution in a space that is rapidly evolving. Essential Job Functions:

• Lead Arxada’s AI security strategy, target architecture, and multi-year roadmap, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive progress and outcomes
• Define and enforce AI security governance and standards to enable secure-by-design adoption across platforms, data, and AI solutions
• Build and continuously improve an end-to-end AI security program covering threat modeling, control frameworks, monitoring, and incident response
• Drive AI risk management by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks such as data leakage, model misuse, and prompt injection
• Act as the central point of accountability for AI security, engaging stakeholders across business, IT, Legal, and other functions to align on decisions and drive execution
• Translate complex security and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable frameworks aligned with business goals

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or information security with accountability for digital or cloud security environments
• Deep understanding of AI/ML security risks, including model misuse, data risks, and adversarial threats
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong communication and program management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact
• Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CISSP
