WTW is seeking an AI Security & Automation Engineer to advance the security operations maturity by designing robust automated solutions in collaboration with the ICSD function. You will build scalable automation workflows, support security infrastructure, and help accelerate incident response through intelligent automation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on security engineering and automation.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell or Bash; experience with automation platforms like Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with SOAR tools (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk SOAR, Cortex XSOAR).
• Experience designing SOAR workflows for automated security response and incident triage.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, GPT-4, Azure OpenAI, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy AI-driven security agents leveraging LLMs to automate security operations and workflows.
• Use LLM-powered platforms like Microsoft Security Copilot to support threat hunting, triage, investigations and response.
• Build and maintain SOAR playbooks integrated with SIEMs, EDRs, and identity platforms.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve reliability and visibility of security controls.
• Ensure automation workflows are resilient and capable of 24/7 detection and response.
• Support administration and management of security tools within the Security Engineering team.
• Participate in proof-of-concepts for innovative security and automation solutions.
• Lead security operations process improvements, including SOPs, playbooks and standards.
• Support security audits and incidents; promote secure coding and design practices across DevOps.
• Create technical documentation and deliver enablement sessions to raise security awareness.
