T-Systems International in Granada seeks a senior software engineering leader to define and lead AI-assisted SDLC patterns across large codebases. You will guide OpenStack-derived services, APIs, and builds, shaping engineering evidence and artefacts for senior stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years in engineering or architecture, strong Python and backend language skills, and hands-on experience with AI coding agents, CI/CD, Kubernetes.

Formación

• 8+ years in software engineering or architecture roles.
• Proficient in Python and at least one backend language (Go/Java/C/C++/Rust).
• Deep experience with AI coding agents and LLM-enabled SDLC workflows.
• Strong knowledge of OpenStack-derived cloud architectures and CI/CD.
• Able to lead engineers in ambiguous environments and translate evidence into decisions.
• Experience in high-accountability enterprise programs with auditability.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead AI-assisted SDLC patterns across repos and docs.
• Analyze OpenStack-derived control planes, APIs, and dependencies.
• Operationalize AI development platforms and coding agents.
• Establish human-in-the-loop controls and evidence standards.
• Coach engineers on safe AI tool usage across teams.
• Produce senior stakeholder artefacts on risks and actions.
