Job summary

Codurance is seeking a QA Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to work remotely across Spain. You will evaluate quality, develop automated tests, and coordinate with stakeholders from Codurance and client teams to improve software quality.

Responsibilities include owning AI evaluation tooling, refining scoring criteria, and setting up automated regression tests with Playwright and CI/CD practices. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar QA/QA automation role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing).
• Consultancy experience and client‑facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own a Python LLM evaluation tool, diagnostic suite and golden datasets.
• Refine scoring criteria and design multi-turn evaluations for AI agents.
