Job summary

BLP is hiring Software Engineering Interns to join for a 6-month internship. You’ll work directly with the CTO and project/sales teams on live client work, split between Forward Deployed Engineering and Internal Tooling & Applied AI.

You’ll build production systems inside customer environments and ship AI-powered internal tools, with real ownership from day one and a clear path to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MSc Engineering with CS coursework.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling (LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, agent frameworks).
• Comfortable with TypeScript and quick tool adoption.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable side projects or tools.
• Ability to work with non-technical teams and turn vague problems into working solutions.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
• Bonus: experience with ERP/business-process tools (SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite) or tools like Make, n8n, Retool, Supabase.

Responsibilities

• Sit with end-users to understand real workflows and problems.
• Translate target-state processes into technical solutions (architecture, data model, integrations).
• Build full-stack: TypeScript backend, integrations, LLM orchestration, evals.
• Support demos with real users and incorporate feedback into iterations.
• Own observability and evals in live deployments.
