Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to review AI-generated content for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment. No background in AI or policy is required; strong writing and critical thinking are essential. This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible scheduling.

You will review content, classify outputs, and provide structured feedback to guide responsible AI development across a range of topics on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in clear language.
• Work across diverse topics and content types and complete assignments asynchronously.

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness
• Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines
• Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in clear, professional language
• Work across a diverse range of topics and content types
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
