Allianz Technology seeks an AI Engagement Manager to bridge the AI Factory and operating entities. You will shape platform-enabled delivery, scope use cases, and oversee onboarding from functional and architectural perspectives, guiding engagements from inception to production.
You will lead cross-functional squads, manage stakeholder communications up to CTO level, and ensure value is delivered while refining scope and sharing lessons across engagements.
The AI Factory is a central delivery unit at Allianz Technology that builds and deploys AI-powered solutions across the Allianz Group. It runs four pillars, Personal Productivity, AI-Native Ways of Working, Application Rebuild & Modernization, and AI Use Case Delivery, on top of a shared AI platform ecosystem that provides the runtime, governance, observability, and reusable building blocks every solution runs on.
The AI engagement team provides inside the AI ecosystem landscape the platform-related advisory for agentic and AI-native solutions across Allianz Operating Entities. While platform teams provide all AI components and building blocks, the AI platform engagement works close with the OE and the use case delivery teams in order to steer and consult for the onboarding to the AI platform.
The AI Engagement Manager is the AI platform interface between the AI Factory Ecosystem team and the Operating Entities (OEs). Where the Forward Deployed Engineer is the technical core of the squad, the Platform Engagement Manager shapes the onboarding from functional, architectural and systemic perspective and steers it until production: scoping the use platform, shaping and executing with the platform teams, steering provisioning, and owning the OE relationship beyond go-live. It works on the Allianz Technology side while staying close to the OE, and involves the Head of IT or the respective global vertical from day one.
