NEWRY GLOBAL MEDIA está buscando un perfil proactivo para un rol intensivo de construcción y automatización con IA, trabajando codo a codo con líderes de Ventas, Producto y Operaciones en Madrid. El objetivo es automatizar flujos, desplegar agentes de IA y generar impactos tangibles desde el día uno.

Se valorará experiencia práctica con Claude, ChatGPT u OpenAI APIs y herramientas no-code/low-code para conectar IA con flujos de trabajo.

• Actitud proactiva con alta energía y hambre de aprendizaje constante.

Responsibilities

• Automatizar procesos operativos combinando IA con herramientas no-code/low-code.

You will work side-by-side with senior leaders across Sales, Product, and Operations to redefine our company's operating model using Artificial Intelligence. You will take ownership of real-world business problems with the goal of automating workflows, deploying AI agents, and generating tangible business impact.

Tareas

Process Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them by combining AI with no-code/low-code tools.

Practical AI Implementation: Deploy AI agents and custom solutions using models such as Claude, OpenAI, and Codex.

Internal Consulting: Function as part of an "AI Strike Team" reporting directly to senior executives.

Rapid Execution: Move from "idea" to "functional prototype" within days, with the freedom to test and iterate quickly.

Requisitos

Proactive Mindset: High energy, a "let's solve it" attitude, and a hunger for constant learning.

AI Tool Fluency: Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or OpenAI APIs and prompt engineering.

No-Code/Low-Code Basics: Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or Retool to connect AI models with workflows.

Availability: 100% on-site presence at our Madrid, Spain offices.
