Qualifications

• Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering AI/ML projects.
• Strong technical foundations in AI/ML and software engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Spanish & English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, data engineers, data scientists and AI/ML professionals.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, feedback sessions and career development planning.
• Support individual performance, professional development and team effectiveness.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects for external enterprise.
• Collaborate with a dedicated Technical Lead while taking ownership of team development and customer relationships.
