Job summary

T-Systems Iberia in Spain seeks an AI Engineering Workflow Developer to implement and maintain AI-assisted utilities for repository indexing, code summarization, dependency extraction, log parsing, and documentation generation.

You will support senior engineers in configuring AI development environments, test prompts, compare model outputs, and build lightweight services that connect Git, CI/CD logs, issue trackers, and documentation stores.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software engineering, DevOps automation, data engineering, or AI tooling.
• Strong Python development across APIs, scripting, documentation, tests, and lightweight automation.
• Basic Git, CI/CD, Linux, and container understanding.
• Familiarity with AI development environments and coding model families.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI-assisted utilities for repository indexing, code summarization, dependency extraction, log parsing, and docs generation.
• Support senior engineers in configuring AI development environments, testing prompts, and documenting SDLC usage patterns.
• Create scripts and lightweight services that connect Git, CI/CD logs, issue trackers, and documentation stores.
• Document build observations, glossary entries, and structured evidence templates.
• Review AI outputs with seniors to improve workflow quality over time.
