Inno IT busca un Ingeniero de IA para entregar soluciones prácticas de IA para un cliente internacional en el sector automotriz. Trabajarás con arquitectos, desarrolladores y equipos de negocio para transformar requisitos en flujos de trabajo impulsados por IA.

La función combina ingeniería de software e IA aplicada, no es investigación. Deberás desarrollar agentes, integrar con plataformas empresariales y garantizar la calidad con pruebas y documentación técnica.

Competenze

• Experiencia práctica desarrollando software en Python, priorizando mantenibilidad y pruebas.
• Experiencia con aplicaciones basadas en LLMs y herramientas de invocación.
• Integración REST APIs y manejo de autenticación.
• Conocimientos de SQL y validación de datos.
• Conocimientos de entornos en la nube, preferentemente Google Cloud Platform.
• Control de versiones con Git y pruebas automatizadas.
• Capacidad para asumir tareas de implementación y comunicar riesgos.
• Buen inglés para colaboración técnica y de negocio.

AI Engineer — Python & Agentic AI

About the role

At InnoIT, we are looking for AI Engineers to help build practical, production-ready AI solutions for an international automotive organisation.

You will work alongside our architects, the client’s developers and business teams to turn business requirements into reliable AI-powered workflows. Initial use cases include supplier invoice enquiries and legal document review, with opportunities to contribute to additional business areas.

This is a software engineering and integration role with a strong applied AI component, rather than a research or model-training position.

What you will do

• Develop AI agents and workflows usingPython, Google Gemini and Google’s Agent Development Kit (ADK).

• Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms such asMicrosoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook and BigQuery.

• Build reusable APIs, connectors and Python libraries that can support multiple use cases.

• Combine LLM capabilities with deterministic logic for document comparison, data validation and business rules.

• Implement human-in-the-loop workflows, ensuring that sensitive decisions remain with the appropriate business teams.

• Collaborate directly with business users to clarify requirements, demonstrate progress and incorporate feedback.

• Contribute to implementation plans, task estimates and weekly delivery milestones.

• Write automated tests and support integration testing, user acceptance testing and production deployment.

• Implement logging, error handling, auditability and safeguards for confidential information.

• Produce clear technical documentation and support handover to internal teams.

What we are looking for

• Practical experience developing software inPython, with attention to maintainability, modularity and testing.

• Hands‑on experience building applications withLLMs, including tool calling, structured outputs or agent‑based workflows.

• Experience integratingREST APIs, handling authentication and troubleshooting third‑party services.

• Working knowledge ofSQLand data validation.

• Familiarity with cloud environments, ideallyGoogle Cloud Platform.

• Experience with Git, code reviews and automated testing.

• An understanding of how to make AI applications reliable, including output validation, evaluation and appropriate use of deterministic rules.

• The ability to take ownership of implementation tasks while communicating risks and asking for support when needed.

• Good communication skills in English for technical and business collaboration.

Nice to have

You do not need experience with every technology below:

• Google Gemini, ADK or Gemini Enterprise.

• Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online, Outlook or Teams integrations.

• BigQuery and batch-processing workflows.

• Document processing withDOCX, OOXML or XML, including document comparison and comments.

• Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge‑base integrations.

• OAuth 2.0, application identities and least‑privilege permissions.

• CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring and rollback procedures.

• Experience working with finance, legal or other enterprise business processes.
