Job summary

Oxigent Technologies ищет старшего инженера по искусственному интеллекту/AI-разработчика для реализации архитектуры агентной платформы и оркестрации как в локальных, так и в облачных средах. Вы будете работать над внедрением RAG-систем, интеграцией с графами знаний и разработкой автоматизаций.

Требуется 6+ лет опыта, сильное знание Python, облачных технологий (Azure) и LLM; знание LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI приветствуется.

Qualifications

• Университетское образование по технической специальности (бакалавр/магистр).

• Опыт работы с Python и облачными средами (Azure).

Responsibilities

• Проектирование архитектуры платформы агентной интеграции и построение инфраструктуры оркестрации (локально и в облаке).
• Реализация ingestion, обработки и рассуждений над структурированными и неструктурированными данными.
• Разработка многоагентной оркестрации для сложных сценариев поддержки принятия решений.
• Интеграция RAG-систем с Knowledge Graphs и обеспечение точности и прослеживаемости ответов.
• Определение и развёртывание кастомных автоматизаций и навыков для ускорения инженерных процессов.
• Разработка тест-плана, обеспечение наблюдаемости, мониторинга и надёжности систем.
• Согласование стратегии и практик внедрения с архитекторами, разработчиками, QA и техническими лидерами.

Are you passionate about transforming the way engineering teams design, test, and build technology? Are you motivated to lead the technical adoption of artificial intelligence, advanced automation, and agent orchestration in demanding environments? Oxigent Technologies is looking for a Senior AI Engineer / AI Developer to join a strategic technical innovation project. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the architecture and building the orchestration infrastructure (local and cloud) that will integrate RAG systems, automations, and agents into development and testing workflows, working closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Design and build the architecture of the agentic platform, enabling the ingestion, processing, and reasoning over structured and unstructured data sources (technical documentation, regulations, and operational procedures). Implement multi-agent orchestration for complex decision-support scenarios and the acceleration of engineering workflows. Structure advanced RAG systems and integrate them with Knowledge Graphs, ensuring accurate, auditable responses with absolute technical traceability. Define and deploy custom automations and skills, reducing engineering cycle times and improving the team's technical productivity. Lead the definition of the comprehensive test plan, ensuring robust observability, monitoring, validation, and reliability mechanisms for mission-critical systems. Translate the strategy into operational practice, working closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and technical leads to maximize real impact on daily processes.

Требования:

University degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline. Senior professional experience (+6 years) in software development and implementation of advanced technical solutions. Strong command of Python and experience in Cloud environments (preferably Azure). Extensive experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI) and practical command of agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI). Experience with real-time data streaming technologies (Kafka, Event Hubs) and robust API integrations. In-depth knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge graphs. Strong command of the end-to-end software lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture design, implementation, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, release management, and production maintenance. Experience with Agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and applying modern software engineering best practices.
