Job summary

Qualifications

• Опыт промышленной разработки на Python.
• Deep understanding of Unix/Linux processes and IPC.
• Практический опыт Async/Await, Event Loop, Stream API, Channels и Promises/Futures.
• Опыт с OpenAI-совместимыми API и API Responses.
• Знание System Prompts, внедрения инструментов и структурированного вывода.

Responsibilities

• Разработка платформы для автономных AI-агентов.
• Проектирование взаимодействий агентов с LLM, инструментами и внешними сервисами.
• Проектирование агентских архитектур, циклов использования инструментов и совместной работы.
• Разработка песочницы и механизмов безопасного выполнения.
• Повышение устойчивости системы к сбоям и исследование непредсказуемого поведения LLM.
• Работа по спецификации и активное использование агентов в разработке.

Artificial Seed develops a platform for autonomous virtual employees, including agentic systems and integrations with LLMs and tools.

Задачи

• Develop a platform for autonomous AI agents
• Design how agents interact with LLMs, tools, and external services
• Design agentic architectures, Tool-Use loops, and Multi-Agent Collaboration
• Develop sandboxing and secure execution mechanisms
• Improve system fault tolerance and investigate non-deterministic LLM behavior
• Work with a spec-driven development approach and actively use coding agents

Требования

• Strong production-level Python
• Deep understanding of Unix/Linux processes, standard streams, signals, IPC, pseudo-terminals, network isolation, and socket fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Async/Await, Event Loop, Stream API, Channels, and Promises/Futures
• Experience with OpenAI-compatible APIs and the Responses API
• Understanding of System Prompts, tool injection, and Structured Outputs
• Practical understanding of ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflexion, Tool-Use loops, and Multi-Agent Collaboration
• Experience building isolated environments using Containers, Docker API, Linux namespaces, and chroot
• Understanding of Prompt Injection, Indirect Prompt Injection, and Path Traversal through tool calls
• Experience with HTTP/2, WebSockets, gRPC, Server-Sent Events (SSE), and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
