Plain Concepts is growing its research and innovation dream team. We are seeking a Graphics AI Software Engineer to train, deploy, and implement AI-powered 3D graphics solutions across desktop, web, VR, and AR using our Evergine engine.

Join a multidisciplinary, AGILE team focused on cutting-edge computer vision, 3D rendering, and spatial computing. You will design, prototype, and scale AI models for high performance 3D environments while collaborating with researchers and engineers.

You will be responsible for:

• Design and Implement AI-Powered 3D Graphics Solutions
• Develop and deploy advanced AI techniques within Desktop, Web, VR, and AR applications using our proprietary Evergine graphics engine.
• Your work will harness the power of AI to push the boundaries of 3D graphics performance, realism, and interactivity
• Pioneer and Integrate Advanced AI Models for Computer Vision and Spatial Computing: Leverage and go beyond existing models—such as NeRF, Gaussian Splatting, Point Cloud processing techniques, SAMv2, and GroundingDINO or FlorenceV2—to not only elevate 3D applications but also create novel, next-generation AI models that drive the future of dynamic, responsive, and intelligent 3D environments
• Drive AI Innovation in Architectural Design: Lead the architectural vision for AI-driven 3D applications, playing a critical role in designing and integrating both established and newly developed machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision frameworks to achieve groundbreaking results
• Develop and Scale Custom AI Solutions for Complex 3D Applications: Design original algorithms and optimize existing machine learning models for performance and scalability, enabling realistic and seamless interactions in sophisticated 3D spaces and simulations
• Collaborate in an AGILE, AI-Innovation Environment: Join a multidisciplinary team focused on AGILE methodologies, where you'll work closely with experts in AI and 3D technology, driving research and development to achieve efficient, transformative outcomes.

Requirements

• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach challenges thoughtfully and analytically, with an eagerness to learn through problem-solving
• Interest in 3D Engines and Graphics Development: While prior experience with 3D engines like Unity or Unreal is a plus, a strong motivation to learn and apply these tools to create AI-enhanced interactive graphics is what truly matters
• Basic Understanding of AI and Machine Learning in 3D Applications: Familiarity with concepts like machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision, with an enthusiasm for learning how they can enhance 3D environments (e.g., NeRF, Point Cloud techniques)
• Collaborative and Growth-Oriented Mindset: A strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute within a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Commitment to Ongoing Learning and Innovation: A genuine curiosity for advancements in AI and 3D technology, paired with the motivation to grow your expertise over time
• Willingness to Learn AI Tools and Frameworks: Exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks is beneficial, but the drive to gain practical experience with these tools is what's most important

Skills to Help You Excels:

• Proficiency in Python and C# Fundamentals:Basic experience with Python for AI development and C# for graphics programming, with an openness to expanding knowledge in both
• Understanding of 3D Graphics and Mathematics: Familiarity with key 3D concepts (e.g., vectors, matrices, coordinate systems) and a desire to explore their real-world applications
• Interest in Prototyping and Software Development: Comfort with trying out ideas through rapid prototyping and embracing disciplined software development practices
• Curiosity About Cloud Platforms for AI Deployment: Interest in learning about cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, and their potential for scalable AI solutions, including MLOps practices (model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management)
• Basic Proficiency in English: Ability to engage effectively in discussions with an international, English-speaking team
