IOM - UN Migration is seeking an ICT Associate (AI Engineer) to design, develop, and integrate AI-enabled applications. The role combines backend software engineering with modern AI frameworks, supporting AI-assisted development and enterprise platform integration.

The ideal candidate will implement AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, build RAG pipelines, and contribute to automated workflows and CI/CD processes within Azure DevOps environments.

Formación

• Experience supporting application development using NET (C#), Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating applications with APIs, databases, or enterprise platforms; and,
• Experience working in a collaborative team and supporting end-users.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain AI-enabled application components using C# (.NET) and Python.
• Support implementation of AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and related frameworks.
• Assist in building retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including document ingestion and embeddings.
• Contribute to AI agents and automated workflows, including orchestration and tool integration.
• Integrate AI components with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Support testing of AI-enabled applications and automated test scripts for APIs.
• Prepare technical notes, diagrams and knowledge base documentation.
• Support deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps) and CI/CD processes.
