You'll own AI features end-to-end, ship practical prompts, and push the boundaries of agentic AI while collaborating with designers and engineers to ensure native-feeling integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI applications.
• Proven production experience shipping LLM-based features.
• Fluent in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own AI features end-to-end from discovery to production (summaries, search, actions, memory).
• Build and maintain evaluation framework to catch regressions as models change.
• Optimize AI infrastructure for speed, cost, and reliability.
• Stay current with weekly AI advances and assess migration costs.
• Collaborate with product and design to integrate native-feeling AI features.
• Work on projects like semantic search, agentic systems, and evaluation pipelines.
