InnoIT Consulting is seeking an AI Engineer to transform unstructured business documents into reliable structured data. You will design and optimize pipelines across extraction, classification, validation and transformation, choosing the best approach per challenge including LLMs, OCR, and parsers.

You will collaborate with Product, Data Scientists and Engineers to build reusable AI capabilities and deploy robust solutions into production.

Formación

• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering or data science
• Hands-on with LLMs and model evaluation
• Experience with unstructured data and document processing
• Strong Python and software engineering practices
• Experience with REST API integration and observability
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD and automated testing
• Ability to decide when LLM is the right tool vs rules/parsers
• Fluent English and ability to communicate trade-offs clearly

Responsabilidades

• Develop and evaluate document-processing pipelines for complex formats
• Build prompts, structured outputs, and validation logic
• Create evaluation datasets, ground-truth labels and regression tests
• Improve accuracy and robustness through analysis and iteration
• Develop clean Python services and REST APIs
• Implement logging, monitoring and observability
• Optimize for reliability, scalability, latency and cost
• Document technical decisions and evaluation results
