Quantion, empresa de transformación digital y desarrollo de software con base en España, busca un perfil senior de Ingeniería de Plataforma con foco en IA para diseñar, construir e integrar capacidades de IA en la entrega de software.

Desarrollarás soluciones reutilizables, integrarás modelos de IA y herramientas de desarrolladores en un ecosistema unificado, y apoyarás a equipos para adoptar prácticas de desarrollo asistidas por IA, manteniendo estándares, seguridad y gobernanza.

Formación

• Título en informática u campo relacionado.
• Experiencia en Python, Java o TypeScript.
• Experiencia integrando LLMs o API de IA en sistemas en producción.
• Conocimiento de prompt engineering, RAG, MCP y conceptos de IA.
• Experiencia en prácticas modernas de desarrollo (CI/CD, pruebas, contenedores y desarrollo nativo en la nube).
• Capacidad de colaborar con equipos técnicos transfuncionales.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, construir y mantener capacidades de IA para ingeniería y componentes reutilizables.
• Desarrollar integraciones con modelos de IA, herramientas y plataformas de entrega de software.
• Definir niveles de automatización, supervisión humana y gobernanza de flujos de IA.
• Colaborar con plataformas, DevOps, seguridad y equipos de producto para integrar IA en el ciclo de entrega de software.
• Apoyar a equipos de ingeniería con documentación, plantillas reutilizables y buenas prácticas.

We are seeking senior profiles with strong hands‑on experience to:

• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered engineering capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery
• Build reusable, AI-enabled solutions to accelerate development productivity
• Integrate engineering platforms and developer tools into a coherent AI-driven ecosystem
• Enable and support engineering teams in adopting AI-assisted software development practices

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities, workflows, and reusable components.
• Develop integrations with AI models, developer tools, and software delivery platforms.
• Design reusable platform capabilities that accelerate the adoption of AI across engineering teams.
• Define appropriate levels of automation, human oversight, and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
• Balance usability, reliability, security, cost, and performance when designing AI solutions.

Platform Engineering & Operations

• Develop production-ready, observable, and maintainable AI-enabled services.
• Implement testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, security, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into the software delivery lifecycle.

Adoption & Enablement

• Support engineering teams in adopting AI capabilities through documentation, reusable templates, and best practices.
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve AI capabilities based on adoption and engineering needs.
• Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and governance for AI-enabled software development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong software engineering experience using languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or agent frameworks into production systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI agent concepts.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, containerization, and cloud-native development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building reusable developer platforms or internal engineering tools.
• Experience with local LLMs.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, and governance practices.
• Experience driving adoption of new engineering technologies within large organizations.
