Formación

• Título universitário em ciência da computação ou área relacionada.
• Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software com Python, Java ou TypeScript.
• Experiência integrando LLMs, APIs de IA ou frameworks de agentes em sistemas de produção.
• Conhecimento de engenharia de prompts, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) e Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Práticas modernas de engenharia de software incluindo CI/CD, testes, conteinerização e desenvolvimento nativo de nuvem.

Responsabilidades

• Projetar, construir e manter capacidades de IA para engenharia de software.
• Desenvolver integrações com modelos de IA, ferramentas de desenvolvedor e plataformas de entrega de software.
• Desenhar capacidades de plataforma reutilizáveis que acelerem a adoção de IA entre as equipes de engenharia.
• Definir níveis de automação, supervisão humana e governança para fluxos de IA.
• Equilibrar usabilidade, confiabilidade, segurança e desempenho ao projetar soluções de IA.

We are seeking senior profiles with strong hands-on experience to:

• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered engineering capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery
• Build reusable, AI-enabled solutions to accelerate development productivity
• Integrate engineering platforms and developer tools into a coherent AI-driven ecosystem
• Enable and support engineering teams in adopting AI-assisted software development practices

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities, workflows, and reusable components.
• Develop integrations with AI models, developer tools, and software delivery platforms.
• Design reusable platform capabilities that accelerate the adoption of AI across engineering teams.
• Define appropriate levels of automation, human oversight, and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
• Balance usability, reliability, security, cost, and performance when designing AI solutions.

Platform Engineering & Operations

• Develop production-ready, observable, and maintainable AI-enabled services.
• Implement testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, security, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into the software delivery lifecycle.

Adoption & Enablement

• Support engineering teams in adopting AI capabilities through documentation, reusable templates, and best practices.
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve AI capabilities based on adoption and engineering needs.
• Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and governance for AI-enabled software development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong software engineering experience using languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, or agent frameworks into production systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI agent concepts.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, containerization, and cloud-native development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building reusable developer platforms or internal engineering tools.
• Experience with local LLMs.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, and governance practices.
• Experience driving adoption of new engineering technologies within large organizations.
