Next Level Affiliate Marketing is seeking a Middle+ Full Stack Developer to join our in-house Palma team. You will build and maintain scalable web applications, leverage AI tools in development, and collaborate with product and marketing to deliver value.

You will work with PHP, Elastic Search, MySQL, and Laravel to design robust database schemas, optimize performance, and ensure security and scalability across platforms. An opportunity to mentor newer developers awaits as the team grows.

Formación

• 5+ years as a developer or DevOps engineer.
• Strong experience with PHP, Elastic Search, MySQL, and modern backend frameworks.
• Experience in Linux environments (Ubuntu) and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of AI development tools and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using PHP, Elastic Search, MySQL, and Laravel.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Improve application performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead code reviews and support best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with other developers, marketers, and designers.
• Contribute to planning, architecture decisions, and documentation.
• Help onboard and mentor new developers as the team grows.
