Kapturall is seeking a Full Stack Developer LAMP in Madrid to build and maintain scalable WordPress-based platforms, APIs and Azure deployments. The role combines backend PHP with frontend work using Bootstrap or Tailwind, in a client-focused environment.

You will collaborate with a multicultural team, participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and translate client requirements into robust technical solutions.

• 5+ years experience with LAMP stack development.
• Strong PHP development skills, focusing on maintainable and secure apps.
• Experience with WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure services and building scalable solutions on the platform.
• Frontend development proficiency with Bootstrap or Tailwind frameworks.
• Git usage including version control workflows and collaboration.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and a commitment to software quality.
• Advanced English skills are mandatory for interviews.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer LAMP with strong PHP skills and, preferably, a background in WordPress development. Ideal candidates are comfortable building and maintaining complex solutions within Azure and have experience with front end development using modern design systems like Bootstrap or Tailwind. Will thrive in a client-oriented environment, leveraging their technical expertise to develop scalable solutions that meet business needs. This hybrid position is based in Madrid, offering the perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable LAMP stack solutions, ensuring high performance and security.
• Build and manage complex solutions on Azure, leveraging its services and infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based platforms, themes, and plugins.
• Collaborate on frontend development using frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Use Git for version control, including branching, merging, and collaborating on a codebase.
• Write clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on performance, security and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop unit tests and participate in testing strategies to ensure software quality.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Ability to work effectively within connected and extensible system environments, demonstrating strong API development and integration skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• +5 years experience with LAMP stack development.
• Advanced English skills are mandatory (the interviews will be conducted entirely in English).
• Strong PHP development skills, with a focus on building maintainable and secure applications.
• Experience with WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure services and building scalable solutions within the platform.
• Proficiency in frontend development using frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
• Expertise with Git, including version control workflows and collaboration.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and a commitment to software quality.
• Marketo experience is a significant plus but not required.
• Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
