Nalanda Global in Madrid is seeking an experienced Technical Leader to redefine how we build software. You will steer architecture, mentor engineers, and push AI-powered workflows across frontend, backend, and QA, collaborating with Product and Design to deliver scalable solutions used by thousands.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• Proven technical leadership experience leading engineering teams or major technical initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern web stacks (Java/Spring, Node.js, Vue, React).
• Deep understanding of software architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability, and modern practices.
• Practical experience with AI coding agents and AI-driven development workflows.
• Ability to manage task decomposition, context, validation, and human oversight in agentic workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical direction: lead architecture and engineering decisions balancing scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
• Lead by example: stay hands-on with coding and engineering decisions.
• Drive AI-powered engineering: evolve agentic development workflows across implementation, testing, code review, refactoring, and delivery.
• Rethink team productivity: identify opportunities for autonomous agents, parallel execution, and automation with quality accountability.
• Develop your team: mentor engineers, raise technical standards, adopt AI-driven workflows.
• Own delivery: collaborate with Product and Design to ship reliable solutions and modernise systems.
