Intetics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled System Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team on a full-time basis in Spain. You will shape product strategy, define the vision, and drive value for clients and the business.

Translate strategy into a roadmap and backlog of epics, manage trade-offs, and ensure backlog readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, and use UML, Jira, Confluence and SQL/REST tools to deliver value.

Formación

• Experience in capturing, analysing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Prototyping and business process modelling with focus on customer needs.
• Ability to work without main PO.
• Knowledge of UML, Jira, Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the product vision, metrics, and business objectives.
• Translate strategy into a roadmap and backlog of epics and releases.
• Balance scope, feasibility, risk, and budget; refine goals and KPIs.
• Ensure backlog readiness and collaborate with Business Analysts for requirements capture.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and lead sprint reviews and demos.
• Oversee release planning, GTM readiness, and post-launch adoption; ensure legal and security requirements are met.
