Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and "all-things-digital" solutions, is seeking a highly skilled System Analyst / Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will shape product vision, manage roadmaps, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery aligned with ROI while maintaining compliance with data privacy and security requirements.

Formación

• Experience capturing and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Proficient with UML, BPMN and prototyping.
• Strong SQL and database query skills (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and agile ceremonies.
• Good English communication (B2) and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the product vision, measurable success metrics, and business objectives, ensuring alignment with client’s goals and customer needs.
• Translate the vision and strategy into a roadmap and backlog of prioritized epics and releases that deliver maximum value.
• Make informed decisions on product scope, balancing user impact, technical feasibility, risk, and budget constraints; engage with stakeholders to refine goals and track KPIs.
• Ensure backlog readiness and collaborate with Business Analysts for detailed requirements capture.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communicate product decisions, and lead sprint reviews and demos.
• Oversee release planning and go-to-market readiness, ensuring compliance with legal, data privacy and security requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues threatening timelines or value delivery; promote agile/Lean practices.
