Pearson is seeking an Experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead one or more product squads focused on AI-powered education software. You will mentor engineers and data scientists, drive technical strategy, and ensure high-quality delivery across the full software lifecycle.

The role requires collaboration with product, design, data, QA, and operations, with a focus on scalable and secure systems. This remote role operates from Spain or Poland and supports Pearson English Language Learning

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Proven software engineering principles and development practices.
• Hands-on programming with Java, PHP, Kotlin, Python, or C++.
• Strong leadership and Agile project management experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps tools and practices.
