Amazon Logistics (AMZL) seeks a Process Analyst to join the EU Central Operations team. You will drive AI-powered automation and advanced analytics to enhance delivery network operations, translating operational needs into automated solutions and scalable AI-enabled processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• Experience managing projects.
• Experience using Excel and data analysis.
• Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders.
• Preferred: AI/ML models or automated workflows in production environments.
• Experience working in agile/iterative development environments.
• Track record of deploying technical solutions that solve business problems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions to streamline operational processes.
• Develop machine learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent forecasting.
• Build automated decision-support systems that scale across the network.
• Create intelligent workflows that reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy.
• Partner with Data Science teams to deploy AI/ML solutions into production.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to solve business challenges.
• Develop diagnostic analyses to identify automation opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement solutions that combine business logic with technical automation.
• Analyze complex data sets using advanced analytics and AI techniques to generate insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated technical solutions.
• Optimize daily operational tasks through intelligent automation and process redesign.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs using predictive analytics to identify trends.
• Apply SQL and Python/R to build scalable analytical solutions.
• Create and maintain dashboards with automated alerting and anomaly detection.
• Develop automated data pipelines and ETL processes for real-time insights.
• Build repeatable automated analytical processes and workflows.
• Implement data quality monitoring with automated validation.
• Deploy code following software development best practices.
• Lead AI/automation projects from conception through deployment and scaling.
• Balance business requirements with technical feasibility in solution design.
• Design tactical and long-term automation approaches.
• Provide input on prioritization and identify synergies between initiatives.
• Manage tradeoffs between speed, quality, scalability and resources.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and technical teams.
