Snatch UP Jobs in New York City seeks an AI / Systems Engineer (Offensive Cyber) to own end-to-end production systems for AI-driven vulnerability research and exploit development. You will work close to OS internals and kernel interfaces, optimizing for performance and correctness.

We expect 2+ years of engineering experience with deep low-level systems knowledge. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and be willing to relocate to Washington, DC if needed.

Formación

• 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Deep low-level systems experience: OS internals, kernel work, runtime detection, dynamic analysis or interception.
• Strong builder mindset; capable of end-to-end ownership and shipping production code.
• Genuine comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Willing to be in person in Washington, D.C. five days a week; full relocation support provided.

Responsabilidades

• Build production systems that conduct AI-driven vulnerability research and exploit development at scale.
• Work at the level of OS internals, kernel-level interfaces, and low-level performance optimization.
• Own problems end to end across architecture, implementation, and shipped production code.
• Partner directly with vulnerability researchers, security operators, and the broader engineering team to turn manual cyber operations into automated, repeatable systems.
• Help define the standards and operating cadence of a team that intends to set the bar for AI-native offensive cyber.
