Titan Operating System S.L. (Titan OS) in Barcelona seeks an Advertising Measurement Analyst to analyze how advertising drives user acquisition, engagement and retention for streaming, CTV, gaming and other content-app brands.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in advertising measurement, analytics or insights within streaming, CTV, digital content, gaming or a closely related industry.
• Strong SQL skills: able to independently query, join and analyse large behavioural and advertising datasets.
• Advertising measurement expertise: experience with campaign performance, reach/frequency, attribution, incrementality, conversion and engagement metrics.
• Content-app experience: understanding of streaming, broadcaster, FAST, gaming or other digital content businesses and their growth/engagement goals.
• Data visualisation using tools like QuickSight/Tableau/Looker/Power BI for clear storytelling.
• AI-enabled analytics: comfortable using Claude, Bedrock or similar LLM platforms to boost productivity.
• Excellent presentation skills: confident explaining analysis to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Measure Advertising Performance: analyse campaign exposure and performance across CTV, streaming, gaming and other content-app environments.
• Connect Ads to Outcomes: measure how campaigns influence app usage, acquisition, engagement, retention and re-engagement.
• Build Client Insights: translate complex data into clear, actionable stories and recommendations.
• Develop Measurement Frameworks: define KPIs and repeatable approaches for reach, frequency, incrementality, conversion and engagement.
• Create Dashboards & Reporting: build scalable visualisations and reporting that make performance easy to understand.
• Use AI to Accelerate Analysis: apply tools to speed up exploration, QA and reporting workflows.
• Present to Stakeholders: lead analysis readouts and present findings to clients and senior teams.
• Understand the Content Market: track CTV/streaming/gaming trends and translate into better measurement.
