Job summary

Mindsight Ventures in Barcelona develops AI-powered platforms that connect data, people and intelligent systems. This role bridges software engineering, cloud DevOps and ML deployment, designing and deploying AI-driven systems and backend infrastructure for internal and client projects.

You will work with Node.js, TypeScript or Python, design APIs and data pipelines, deploy ML models, and collaborate with front-end and AI research teams across a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years backend or AI development experience.
• Strong TypeScript and/or Python programming skills.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure preferred) and CI/CD knowledge.
• Database expertise (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and Docker.
• ML framework understanding and deployment workflow knowledge.
• Architectural thinking and technology curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, or Python.
• Design APIs, data pipelines, and system architectures.
• Implement and deploy AI/ML models including training, testing, inference, and MLOps.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deployment and scaling.
• Explore modern AI infrastructure patterns like RAG and vector databases.
• Collaborate with front-end and AI research teams.
