Job summary

Fynity Limited in Barcelona is seeking an AI & Process Automation Architect to shape how AI and automation are used across a large financial services organisation. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs and guide delivery teams.

Based in Barcelona with a flexible hybrid model (up to 80% remote, 20% in office), you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, ensure governance and secure, reliable delivery, and drive responsible AI practices across solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI or automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical technical designs.
• Strong understanding of integration, scalability, security and governance.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Python and AI/LLM services.

Responsibilities

• Work with the business to understand processes and identify where AI and automation can add value.
• Design scalable solutions that connect business processes, applications and data.
• Select appropriate approaches across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Python and AI/LLM integrations.
• Define how APIs, connectors and data flows fit into the wider architecture.
• Develop reusable automation patterns and frameworks for teams to adopt.
• Guide delivery teams through implementation while ensuring adherence to design.
