Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking an Applied AI / Atlassian Rovo Expert to design, implement and roll out Rovo agents in a live enterprise environment. You will advise on the best AI tool fit for each use case, drive adoption, and lead governance across the business.

Proven hands-on delivery with Atlassian Rovo (Agents, Studio, Search and Chat) and strong Jira/Confluence administration are essential. Knowledge of GDPR and EU AI Act is required to ensure compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Atlassian Rovo in live enterprise environments.
• Design, build and test Rovo agents in Studio.
• Solid Jira and Confluence administration.
• Knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and selecting use cases.
• Strong agent design, prompts, RAG and evaluation.
• REST APIs and system integrations.
• GDPR and EU AI Act understanding.
• Ability to engage tech teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience training users and driving adoption.
• Atlassian certifications or production agents are a plus.

Job title – Applied AI / Atlassian Rovo Expert

Client Location – Spain

Project focus

Helping an enterprise client unlock more value from AI agents, with Atlassian Rovo as the core platform. You’ll design, build and roll out Rovo agents in a live environment, advise on where other AI tools fit best, and drive adoption, training and governance across the business.

Key skills and Experience required

• Proven hands-on delivery with Atlassian Rovo (Agents, Studio, Search and Chat), ideally implemented in a live enterprise environment
• Designing, building and testing agents in Rovo Studio
• Solid Jira and Confluence administration
• Working knowledge of the wider AI landscape, including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Rovo Dev and Claude Code, with the ability to match the right tool to each use case
• Strong grasp of agent design, prompt engineering, RAG and agent evaluation
• REST APIs, MCP and integrations with external systems
• Forge development with JavaScript / TypeScript is a plus
• Understanding of AI governance, permissions, GDPR and the EU AI Act
• Confident consultant, able to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience training users and leading AI adoption
• Atlassian certifications and examples of agents or automations already in production are advantageous
