Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking an Applied AI / Atlassian Rovo Expert to design, build and deploy Rovo agents for an enterprise client in Spain, with a fully remote engagement. You will advise on tool fit within the AI landscape and lead adoption and governance across the business.

The role requires hands-on Rovo experience, Jira and Confluence administration, and expertise in AI tools, prompt engineering and GDPR/EU AI Act considerations.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on delivery with Atlassian Rovo (Agents, Studio, Search and Chat)
• Designing, building and testing agents in Rovo Studio
• Solid Jira and Confluence administration
• Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Rovo Dev and Claude Code
• Strong grasp of agent design, prompt engineering, RAG and agent evaluation
• REST APIs, MCP and integrations with external systems
• Forge development with JavaScript / TypeScript is a plus
• Understanding of GDPR and EU AI Act
• Confident consultant, able to engage technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience training users and leading AI adoption
• Atlassian certifications and examples of agents or automations in production are advantageous

Project focus

Helping an enterprise client unlock more value from AI agents, with Atlassian Rovo as the core platform. You’ll design, build and roll out Rovo agents in a live environment, advise on where other AI tools fit best, and drive adoption, training and governance across the business.

Key skills and Experience required

• Proven hands-on delivery with Atlassian Rovo (Agents, Studio, Search and Chat), ideally implemented in a live enterprise environment
• Designing, building and testing agents in Rovo Studio
• Solid Jira and Confluence administration
• Working knowledge of the wider AI landscape, including Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Rovo Dev and Claude Code, with the ability to match the right tool to each use case
• Strong grasp of agent design, prompt engineering, RAG and agent evaluation
• REST APIs, MCP and integrations with external systems
• Forge development with JavaScript / TypeScript is a plus
• Understanding of AI governance, permissions, GDPR and the EU AI Act
• Confident consultant, able to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience training users and leading AI adoption
• Atlassian certifications and examples of agents or automations already in production are advantageous
