BrainRocket is seeking an experienced AI Animator to join our creative team in Spain. You will collaborate with art directors, designers, and animators to produce high-impact visuals using 3D workflows and cutting-edge AI tools.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong composition, storytelling, and rhythm, with hands-on experience in Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, LoRA fine-tuning, and explorations across generative services. Relocation support is offered.

Formación

• Expertise with Stable Diffusion frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on with ControlNet modules within Stable Diffusion.
• Proficiency in image upscaling and inpainting/outpainting workflows.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end AI art pipelines.
• Experience fine-tuning checkpoints and training LoRA models is a plus.
• Familiarity with other generative services and willingness to explore new platforms.

Responsabilidades

• LoRA training and model fine-tuning: prepare datasets and run experiments.
• Sketch refinement and art polishing: colorize line-art and finalize assets.
• Concept development: create mood-boards and style guides.
• Coordinate with art director, designer, and team via Slack/Jira.
• AI-driven asset creation: generate backgrounds, UI elements, icons, props, characters.
• Lead internal workshops and document best practices.

We are looking for an experienced AI Animator to join our creative team. You will collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and animators to produce high-impact visuals that merge concept, design, and motion. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of composition, storytelling, and visual rhythm, along with a deep understanding of 3D workflows and emerging trends in motion design.

Requirements

• Expertise with Stable Diffusion frameworks (Automatic1111, ComfyUI) and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ControlNet modules (e.g. Canny, Depth, Tile) within Stable Diffusion.
• Proficiency in image upscaling techniques (Magnific, Topaz, in-house tools) and inpainting/outpainting workflows.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end AI art pipelines (from data preparation and model training to polishing final art).
• Experience fine-tuning checkpoints and training LoRA models (Civitai, DreamBooth, LoCon, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with other generative services (Ideogram, Sora, Midjourney, Krea) and a willingness to explore new platforms.

Responsibilities

• LoRA training & model fine-tuning: prepare datasets, run experiments, evaluate results.
• Sketch refinement & art polishing: colorize line-art, apply style consistency, finalize assets.
• Concept development: translate high-level briefs into comprehensive mood-boards, style guides, and prompt libraries.
• Cross-team collaboration: coordinate with the art director, game designer, and wider art team via tools like Slack and Jira to align on milestones.
• AI-driven asset creation: leverage Stable Diffusion and complementary services to generate backgrounds, UI elements, icons, props, and characters.
• Knowledge sharing: lead internal workshops, document best practices, and mentor peers to continuously improve AI-art workflows.
