An international software development company in Valencia seeks a video production expert to drive innovation in video content creation. Responsibilities include expertise in leading cloud models, post-production skills, and hands-on experience with open-source video tools. Ideal candidates will work closely with animation teams to develop high-quality video assets and contribute to dynamic projects. Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality video assets using advanced workflows.
• Solve AI animation challenges using specialized tools.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-generated content.
• Create talking heads and expressive avatars with LivePortrait/Hedra/Hallo/SyncLabs.
• Apply video styling with DomoAI, LensGo, EbSynth workflows.
• Upscale and restore footage using Topaz Video AI and Magnific.
• Develop ComfyUI node-based workflows for animation tasks.
• Produce AI-driven assets: cutscenes, backgrounds, VFX, loops.
• Maintain motion consistency with deflickering and smoothing.
• Storyboard and animate animatics from scripts.
• Tune LoRA and models for consistent character motion.
• Collaborate with traditional animators and game designers.

Conocimientos

Expert proficiency with leading cloud models

Responsibilities

• ✔️ Expert proficiency with leading cloud models: Runway (Gen-3 Alpha), Luma Dream Machine, Kling AI, Hailuo (MiniMax), and Veo 3. Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each for specific tasks (e.g., realism vs. animation).
• ✔️ Post-Production & Compositing: Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to composite AI layers, fix artifacts, and handle color grading.
• ✔️ Open Source Video Models: Hands‑on experience implementing and fine‑tuning open weights models like CogVideoX, Hunyuan Video, Mochi 1, and LTX‑Video within local environments.
• ✔️ Character Performance & Lip‑Sync: Experience creating talking heads and expressive avatars using LivePortrait, Hedra, Hallo, or SyncLabs. Ability to fix uncanny valley effects.
• ✔️ Video‑to‑Video & Style Transfer: Proficiency in styling footage using DomoAI, LensGo, or custom EbSynth workflows for consistent temporal stylization.
• ✔️ Upscaling & Restoration: Expert use of Topaz Video AI and Magnific (for video frames) to achieve 4K production quality without artifacts.
• ✔️ Advanced ComfyUI Architectures: Mastery of complex node‑based workflows for video.
• ✔️ AI Video Production: Create high‑quality video assets (cutscenes, dynamic backgrounds, VFX, character loops) using Text‑to‑Video and Image‑to‑Video workflows.
• ✔️ Motion Consistency: Solve common AI animation challenges (flickering, morphing) using deflickering tools, temporal smoothing, and loop‑back techniques.
• ✔️ Pipeline Development: Build and optimise ComfyUI workflows for specific animation tasks.
• ✔️ Storyboarding & Animatics: Translate scripts and static concepts into dynamic animatics and video mood‑boards.
• ✔️ LoRA & Model Tuning: Train or fine‑tune models on specific art styles or characters to ensure they remain recognisable in motion.
• ✔️ Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Traditional Animators and Game Designers to integrate AI‑generated layers into existing motion graphics or game engines.
