BCG Platinion seeks a Lead AI Tech Architect to guide AI-enabled architecture for complex client programs in a dynamic consulting setting. You will own end-to-end architecture across applications, cloud, data, and security, and lead architects and consultants to deliver practical solutions.

With 8-10 years in technology architecture, you bring hands-on AI expertise and a collaborative, growth-oriented leadership style to help clients transform and scale their digital journeys.

Formación

• About 8-10 years of experience in technology architecture, solution design, cloud architecture, or technology consulting.
• Comfort in a fast-paced consulting environment with ambiguity.
• Pragmatic and curious mindset for structuring complex challenges.
• Confidence communicating with senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong ownership and ability to work as one team.
• Collaborative leadership, mentorship, and growth of colleagues.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and experimentation in AI technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and technical delivery of complex project modules from requirements to implementation guidance.
• Shape architectures that connect business priorities with applications, APIs, cloud, data, security, and resilience.
• Guide clients through trade-offs, align roadmaps, and prioritize transformations.
• Define and evaluate AI and GenAI architecture approaches, governance, and deployment models.
• Prototype and validate AI-enabled architecture choices using modern AI development tools.
• Lead and mentor architects, consultants, and client technology teams.
• Contribute intellectual leadership and help teams translate emerging technologies into client solutions.
