SQLI, a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation, is seeking an applied AI expert to help our client get the most from AI agents, with Atlassian Rovo at the core and a broad view of the wider ecosystem.

You will advise on agentic AI strategy, compare tools, design and test agents in Rovo Studio, integrate with Forge and MCP, set governance and ROI metrics, and train teams while upholding GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Formación

• Proven experience with Atlassian Rovo and Jira/Confluence administration.
• Broad knowledge of the generative and agentic AI market with hands-on experience across platforms.
• Strong skills in agent design, prompt engineering, RAG concepts, and agent evaluation.
• Consulting skills including process analysis, discovery, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of data governance and EU AI regulatory framework (GDPR, AI Act).

Responsabilidades

• Advise on agentic AI strategy and value-driving processes.
• Compare and recommend agents and tools based on use case, cost and security.
• Design, build and test agents in Rovo Studio; develop custom solutions with Forge.
• Integrate Rovo with other AI tools and external systems via MCP, APIs, and connectors.
• Define ROI metrics and monitor results; ensure governance, security and responsible AI use.
