Hikrobot in Madrid is looking for a candidate to assist with project deployment and technical support related to AMR systems. The role includes responsibilities like on-site installation, customer training, and operations monitoring.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Engineering and has a basic interest in robotics. Fluency in Spanish is essential, while English is a plus. You'll gain hands-on experience with leading automation solutions across European markets.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering.
• Basic interest or exposure to robotics, automation, or technical systems.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in Spanish (English is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Assist engineers in on‑site installation and basic testing of AMR systems.
• Help monitor system alerts and identify common problems.
• Support preparation of training materials and user documents.
• Assist in tracking system performance and routine checks.
• Work with local service teams and support project needs.

Your mission

Location: Madrid

Main Responsibilities

• Project Deployment & Commissioning
  • Assist engineers in on‑site installation, configuration, and basic testing of AMR systems.
  • Support setup of navigation maps, charging stations, and system parameters.
  • Help with basic system integration tasks under guidance.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Assist in diagnosing basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Help monitor system alerts and identify common problems.
  • Support documentation of issues and follow‑up actions.
• Customer Training & Documentation
  • Support preparation of training materials and user documents.
  • Assist in delivering basic system operation guidance to customers.
  • Help update manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Operations Monitoring
  • Assist in tracking system performance (e.g., uptime, battery status).
  • Support routine checks and reporting.
  • Help identify simple improvement opportunities.
• Team Collaboration
  • Work with local service teams and engineers to support project needs.
  • Assist in organizing feedback and project information.
  • Support coordination tasks when needed.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (e.g., Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields).
• Basic interest or exposure to robotics, automation, or technical systems.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
