Responsibilities

• Preparing and conditioning soil for sowing and planting using a tractor.
• Executing planting, transplanting, sowing, and crop replenishment.
• Managing soil fertilization, crop watering, and irrigation system monitoring.
• Carrying out pruning, weeding, clearing, and basic land maintenance.
• Applying phytosanitary treatments when certified and authorized.
• Inspecting crops and plants visually to identify potential pests, diseases, or abnormalities.
• Harvesting, grading, sorting, and packing farm produce.
• Handling, loading, unloading, and transporting materials, produce, and tools.
• Maintaining and cleaning farm facilities, warehouses, machinery, and equipment.
• Installing and maintaining plant supports, protection netting, and auxiliary structures.
• Complying strictly with occupational health and safety standards using appropriate PPE.

• Summer hours (May 1 to September 30): Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00.
• Workplace based directly in Valldemossa, Mallorca.
