Qualifications

• Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent).
• At least 24 months of practical experience in industrial production and/or plant maintenance.
• Experience in managing and coordinating working teams in an operational setting.
• Own vehicle to commute to Bunyola.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel at user level.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily operational workflows and schedules.
• Inspect incoming materials upon delivery for conformity and quality.
• Oversee sorting, processing, and preparation of materials for dispatch.
• Lead and coordinate on-site staff, distributing daily tasks.
• Ensure proper use, inspection, and maintenance of plant machinery and facilities.
• Uphold environmental standards, safety, and quality on site.
