Enza Zaden is seeking a Sales Manager in Almería, Andalucía to maximize sales and profits by developing the customer base and introducing new variations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and have an agricultural background. Frequent domestic travel is required to support customer relationships and market insights.

Formación

• Minimum 1 to 10 years of relevant work experience based on level.
• Higher professional level (HBO, Bachelor, College) required.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize sales and profit of the assigned customer base.
• Develop and expand market and sales within assigned customers.
• Build and maintain business relationships with customers.
• Provide technical advice to ensure successful product growth.
• Identify new varieties and contribute to the decision process.
• Support introduction of new varieties with technical guidance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
