Job summary

Aviapartner Group in the Canary Islands is seeking a proactive ramp agent/coordinator to support executive aviation operations. You will handle flight control, VIP passenger attention, boarding, documentation, and coordination with warehouse.

The role requires English at advanced level, strong customer service orientation, and ability to work in international environments. Experience as ramp or coordinator and tourism-related education are a plus; relocation to province is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as ramp agent or coordinator for at least one year.
• Experience dealing with international clients.
• Advanced level English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage flight control and ground handling tasks for executive aviation flights.
• Provide VIP passenger attention and coordinate boarding procedures.
• Handle documentation at the counter and prepare flight/customs paperwork.
• Coordinate tasks with the warehouse and ground staff across the ramp.
• Arrange and supervise additional services for VIP passengers (hotels, transportation).
• Liaise with crew and track timings; attach/detach ground equipment as needed.
• Move and secure chocks, containers, and battery recharges as required.

You will be the person responsible for carrying out administrative/operational tasks for executive aviation flights as well as the care and management of the FBO facilities.

The functions to be performed would be the following:

• Flight control
• VIP passenger attention
• Flight boarding
• Documentation tasks: customer service at the counter, processing and preparation of flight and customs documentation and coordination of their actions with the warehouse.
• Management of additional services for VIP passengers and crews such as hotels, transportation, etc.
• Ground-air, ground-ground transmitter link.
• Coordination of tasks on the track and offices
• Liaison with crew and measure times.
• Attach and release Push-Back adapters
• Battery recharge
• Placement and removal of chocks
• Loading and unloading of containers, loading and unloading in the warehouse.

Resident in province vacant position

Required languages: English - Advanced Level

Nice to have skills:

• Qualification in Tourism or similar
• Experience in the sector of at least one year, performing as ramp agent or coordinator agent
• Experience in dealing with international clients
